直流减速电机受潮后的干燥方法

   直流减(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)机(ji)在机(ji)电(dian)行(xing)业是(shi)比(bi)较常(chang)(chang)见的微(wei)型减(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)机(ji)。在生(sheng)产过程中,经常(chang)(chang)会发现一(yi)些(xie)减(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)机(ji)放(fang)置(zhi)一(yi)段时(shi)(shi)间(jian)未用(yong),再次启用(yong)时(shi)(shi)发现减(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)机(ji)绕组(zu)绝缘(yuan)阻值(zhi)降(jiang)低。特别是(shi)在梅(mei)雨季节,空气湿度大(da),其绝缘(yuan)值(zhi)甚至会降(jiang)低到(dao)零。此时(shi)(shi)应该进(jin)行(xing)干(gan)燥(zao)处理,如果贸(mao)然投入运行(xing),就有可能使(shi)减(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)机(ji)线圈绝缘(yuan)击(ji)穿,造(zao)成事(shi)故。那么下面小编来为大(da)家介(jie)绍一(yi)下关于直流减(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)机(ji)受潮(chao)后的几种干(gan)燥(zao)方法,希望对大(da)家有所帮助。

  一(yi)、外部热(re)源加热(re)法

  对于受潮减(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)机先将其拆检(jian)后(hou),用大功率的(de)白炽(chi)灯泡(pao)(pao)放(fang)入(ru)(ru)减(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)机内(nei)部对其进(jin)行烘(hong)烤,或(huo)(huo)是将减(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)机放(fang)入(ru)(ru)烘(hong)房(fang)内(nei)进(jin)行干燥。此种方法操作(zuo)方便、安(an)全可(ke)靠,但仅适用于易拆检(jian)的(de)小型(xing)减(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)机。而对于大中型(xing)或(huo)(huo)不(bu)易拆检(jian)的(de)减(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)机相对来说(shuo)工作(zuo)量就大了,同时也(ye)降(jiang)低了可(ke)行性。应当注(zhu)意的(de)是,此方法操作(zuo)时灯泡(pao)(pao)或(huo)(huo)热源(yuan)不(bu)可(ke)太靠近线圈,以(yi)防烧(shao)坏线圈,可(ke)在减(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)机外壳上加盖帆布等物(wu)品(pin)进(jin)行保(bao)温。

  二(er)、电焊(han)机干燥法

  1、交流(liu)(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)机(ji)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)法(fa)操作前先将受潮(chao)减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)绕组的(de)(de)(de),个接线头串(chuan)(chuan)联起来,机(ji)壳(qiao)接地,这样就可对三组绕组实现加(jia)热干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),为(wei)监视干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)过程中的(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)变化,可串(chuan)(chuan)入一只(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)表,观察其电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)是否达到(dao)减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)额定电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)。用(yong)(yong)(yong)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)机(ji)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)不用(yong)(yong)(yong)对减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)进行拆检,减(jian)(jian)(jian)小了工作量,同时在(zai)通电(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)情况下减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)用(yong)(yong)(yong)其自身电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻发热,使线圈均匀受热,干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果比较好,但此方法(fa)只(zhi)适用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)以(yi)下的(de)(de)(de)减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji),且不能(neng)(neng)长(zhang)时间使用(yong)(yong)(yong),因为(wei)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)机(ji)工作时加(jia)在(zai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)机(ji)变压器上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)较大(da),不能(neng)(neng)长(zhang)时间使用(yong)(yong)(yong),否则可能(neng)(neng)烧坏(huai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)机(ji)。

  2、直流(liu)(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)机(ji)干(gan)燥(zao)法(fa)操(cao)作(zuo)接(jie)线和交流(liu)(liu)(liu)类似,所串电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)表应(ying)为直流(liu)(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)表。用(yong)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)机(ji)干(gan)燥(zao)受潮减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)操(cao)作(zuo)方(fang)便?同时(shi)(shi)可(ke)对(dui)大(da)中(zhong)型减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)、高压减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)进行(xing)长时(shi)(shi)间干(gan)燥(zao)。这样,电(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)机(ji)长时(shi)(shi)间工作(zuo)或大(da)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)工作(zuo)时(shi)(shi),其内(nei)部元(yuan)器(qi)件不会(hui)因(yin)长时(shi)(shi)间大(da)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)工作(zuo)而造成损坏,故可(ke)以对(dui)大(da)中(zhong)型减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)长时(shi)(shi)间使用(yong)。值得注(zhu)意的(de)是,用(yong)这两(liang)种方(fang)法(fa)干(gan)燥(zao)时(shi)(shi)要求(qiu)所有接(jie)点处必须接(jie)触(chu)良好并紧固,电(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)机(ji)引出线要用(yong)专用(yong)电(dian)(dian)线,要求(qiu)截面(mian)大(da)小应(ying)满足(zu)电(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)机(ji)输出电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)的(de)载流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)。注(zhu)意电(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)机(ji)自身(shen)变压器(qi)的(de)冷却(que),同时(shi)(shi)保证减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)的(de)绝缘阻值不能(neng)低于0.1MΩ。还要密切注(zhu)意减(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)绕组温(wen)度(du)及(ji)时(shi)(shi)调整(zheng)电(dian)(dian)压电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)。

  三(san)、励磁线圈(quan)干燥法?

  励(li)磁(ci)线(xian)圈干燥法即在减速电(dian)机定(ding)(ding)子(zi)(zi)线(xian)圈铁(tie)芯上(shang)绕(rao)上(shang)励(li)磁(ci)线(xian)圈,并通入交流电(dian),使定(ding)(ding)子(zi)(zi)产生磁(ci)通,依(yi)靠其铁(tie)损来干燥减速电(dian)机定(ding)(ding)子(zi)(zi)。
